Terms of Service

By booking a session through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our booking platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current information — including your name, contact details, and session requirements — when booking a session. We rely on this information to confirm and prepare for your session.

Sessions are booked for a specific service, engineer (where applicable), date, and time. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session — late arrival may reduce your available session time.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on the service, you may be offered the choice of paying an advance amount with the remaining balance due at the studio, or paying the full amount in advance. Pricing shown at checkout is the pricing that applies to your booking.

We ask all clients and guests to treat our studio, equipment, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to end a session early in cases of abusive behavior, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.

Clients are responsible for damage to studio property or equipment caused by their own actions or those of their guests during a session, beyond normal wear and use.

You retain full ownership and rights to the recordings, music, and other creative content you produce during your session. Namaste Studio does not claim ownership over your recordings or musical work unless a separate written agreement between you and Namaste Studio states otherwise.

Our studio may not be used for any unlawful purpose, or to create content that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session where illegal activity is suspected.

On rare occasions, a session may need to be rescheduled or interrupted due to circumstances outside our control, such as equipment issues or emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and work with you to reschedule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namaste Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our studio or booking platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our booking platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
